We do everything a little differently - from the way we hire to the way we build brands. We are new to the venture space. Like with any of the brands we create, we had to start by asking ourselves why we are doing this. Why do we get out of bed in the morning?

It doesn’t matter how many degrees somebody has under their belt or whether they’ve worked for big name institutions. Every individual has a hidden genius. A Brand Guardian is involved from idea to exit, taking a 360 viewpoint on all aspects of the business and considering the implications of decisions on all stakeholders. A Brand Guardian will advise the management team to ensure a long-term approach to safeguarding and ensuring an enduring brand legacy, never taking quick wins that would compromise future growth of the brand. The Brand Guardian will feedback and guide the management team so that the brand stays aligned with its founding principles and values whilst also adapting to change in a competitive market.
